The population of Bozeman is seeing rapid growth and we don't expect it to stop anytime soon. The average number of days on the market for a home has increased this month to 92; the past 5 months it has been 43-51 days on average. An explanation as to the reason for the sudden increase in days on the market and decrease in sold homes, could be due to the average sale price of a single family home is now at the highest level that it has been in the past year.
