Not cleaning the grout
A mildew-infested shower is a big turn-off to a potential homebuyer. To reduce the possibility of this disgusting sight, avoid long, steamy, 30-minute showers, scrub the grout every few months, and make squeegee-ing a habit. ALWAYS turn on the exhaust fan too.
